Most memorable sailing experience: Leading my first race at the Olympic tornado world championships and doing a spectacular capsize around the windward mark
Greatest strengths: Knowledge of taking campaigns from grass roots through to a successfully performing team at the highest level. A great natural feel for the boat.
Most influential person in your sailing career to date: My Dad was the man who introduced me to sailing and is still as passionate about my career now as he was then.
